CANCELLATION POLICY

We totally get it – life happens! However, to keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to fill your spot with another fabulous client. Miss the window? No worries! Just know that late cancellations or no-shows may result in a small fee, but we promise it’s nothing personal. We still love you – just helping keep the schedule fair for everyone!
